... bakes a quickie Key lime pie before the sun is even up? Me. Got her knocked out before the heat had a chance to gain traction, using my favorite recipe and Nellie and Joe's. Takes about three minutes to put together. https://www.southernliving.com/recipes/heavenly-key-lime-pie
