 Shrimp (leftover) smash burgers

Kids were in yesterday so made griddle smash burgers with home cut fries, was outstanding and everyone ate there fill. Had 3 smash burgers leftover. Wife was shopping with a friend, so had one for lunch. Wrapped in wet paper towel and nuked it, was great again. Wife wanted shrimp scampi tonight, said ok. Thought what the heck, surf and turf! Nuked another smash burger, topped with shrimp, a little shrimp sauce, oh my! Ended up fixing the last burger for the wife. Gonna be a regular from now on when we make fresh smash burgers for sure!!!! Sorry, no pics, ate it before had a chance…..

Shrimp is the most eaten seafood in the United States. You made a great choice. I’d rather eat shrimp over a steak any day.
