Man, I hope Idaho draws for tags soon, I need a cow hunt soon. I am really getting skinny in the freezer for game meat. Found this half a backstrap, marinated it for 3 days, and grilled to perfection tonight!!! Sometimes I'm glad the wife does not eat game.

My wife won't eat much venison or elk either. She does like Kuby's wild game sausage and the occasional backstrap, but nothing else. Makes it more of a challenge to empty the freezer.

Nope, she isn't eating any. She likes to hunt and is all for filling the freezer, but only eats cows, pigs, and chickens!! . It does make it challenging for me to make fish and seafood dishes, 'cause either she has a separate meal, or just does grilled cheese or peanut butter.
