I have a plastic blind door that is warped that no matter how I bend it, it is warped somewhere. Any tricks to getting a warped door weatherproofed?

Puncture a hole in it and zip tie it in place to the frame. The heat wil be your friend here. If hot enough, the door will mold to fit where it is needed.

You could add some 1x2 to the back side to stiffen it up and hold the shape where you want it.
