I know there s a handful of real estate and people in the financing business on here. Is it just me, or are there more recreational type places coming up for sale at the moment? Most seem to have been bought 1-5 years ago, made minimal improvements and now they’re back up. Also seems that the kids are finally getting their hands on some as well and listing.

I'm not in the business, but you may be seeing more 'cause they're not selling as quickly. Things definitely seem to be slowing. The place across from me has been up for sale for a while now. Nothing special, a rocky, sloping shelf with a decent barndominium (and an old O&G well site that hasn't been cleaned up all that much as you drive in confused2).I think it's gonna be on the market a while longer.

I have a rent house in Hurst plus 133 acres 70 miles NW of Fort Worth. I’m not getting as many calls, Emails and texts as I used to. But, neither would take long if I decided to sell.

Most of my calls come from realtors or scammers.

There has been an increase of inventory on the farm and ranch market for the past few months. Very few of it is quality/or priced appropriately for the area.

My phones have been quiet the past few weeks, I’ve got property for sale from the $800k range up over $6mm and I’m not getting calls on anything with consistently.

That said, places are still selling. Just not as many buyers out there right now.
