Anybody have experience with this knife or other MKC knives? I’ve always carried Bucks and this is my first higher dollar knife. It has the mangacut steel blade. Any pointers on maintaining and sharpening? BTW, my wife saw me looking at them and she found one and bought it for me.

I’ve never owned an MKC knife, but Magnacut is a great stainless steel. It shouldn’t really need any maintenance. It’s also relatively easy to sharpen compared to some other stainless steels.
It helps to know what degree your secondary bevel (cutting edge) is sharpened to when it’s time to sharpen. I bet they have that information listed on the website.

It should be easy to touch up with a ceramic rod.
