Got the link to work, finally, only to find out the lease fee was $3000/gun! A bit out of my price range~

Good luck to you Sir but that is about as good as it gets - if you are looking for $1000 per gun then you need to head to east texas or central texas to hunt -

1280 acres in northeast Schleicher County for 4 hunters
gently rolling live oak country
for bow and rifle season
september 30, 2024 to January 5, 2025
you may harvest 1 management buck, 1 trophy buck, and 2 does
the management buck and does should be harvested early in the season
deer camp has electric and water
price is $3750 per hunter

I doubt you could find a $1000 dollar lease anywhere in the Hill Country these days.

Not necessarily wanting $1000 lease, although that would be nice, but to stay around $2500 or less, and not having to drive 6 hours or more to hunt! The main issue for me is finding the lease needing ONE SPOT! Not that many leases with that situation!
