I’ve got a Mule Deer hunt up in Idaho in November.
Other than that, nothing on the books for this year or next. Supposed to in 2025 go help a friend in New Mexico find a bull, but I’ll be running the rangefinder not the rifle.
Gonna keep after the never ending struggle to arrow a mature buck with the recurve.
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

Dove in Argentina this October. Deer season in Paint Rock with my kids. As much offshore fishing as possible with my kids starting soon on new to them boat, inshore too sometimes. Might go shoot an exotic or two, if boat budget allows.

Private land mule deer in unit 42/421 Colorado end of October this year is the only concrete hunt I have at this time , will try and do a TX hill country hunt to fill the freezer. Good luck to all this coming season!

Hunt my Young Co and Panola Co leases as usual. Some short bird hunting road trips. Mostly I would really like to do one or two long out of state bird hunting road trips, but I have not decided where or when. It is possible I will just decide one day to load up my camping gear and go, not know where I am going until I get there, and not know when I am done until I am done. Then close out the hunting seasons with lots of Snipe hunting closer to home. Lots of fishing mixed in there as well. Doing lots of of that now.

Northern New Mexico elk for me this year, see if I can match my boy’s bull from last year in southern New Mexico
Besides that, hunting our place in the hill country per usual - whitetail, but also an axis or blackbuck if the perfect one presents - add turkey or some pigs for good measure
Some good dove hunts in southwest Texas and south Texas
Duck hunting far north east Texas for a long weekend
That’s after some bay fishing / flounder gigging and offshore fishing this summer
2025 … hope to replace the elk with a couple of antelope tags in Wyoming

Montana elk hunt with my son in September. Might pop a few doves here at the house after the elk hunt. Then deer at our lease in oct/early Nov. Then on to ducks with a Wyoming goose hunt between Christmas and new Years. Finish Jan. strong on ducks. I turned down a pheasant hunt with my neighbor in oct in S.D. Might change my mind but right now it's a no-go

October and March hog hunts, other than that just thinning the deer around here from the beginning of September until the end of March.

South Dakota ducks, Arizona desert mule deer (archery, January). Whatever I draw in Texas.
No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.

I wouldn’t mind doing some travel hunts for ducks and pheasant/chuckar or mountain quail There's a couple of us going to SD for ducks in late October. I have a topic on it in the migratory bird forum. The draw for SD starts June 6th and ends July 8th. This is a DIY hunt. Let me know if you think you're interested. I may hunt quail in Arizona in January while I'm out there. I no longer have a hunting dog but many people don't use one out there. An old guide told me how to hunt them without a dog. That depends on whether anyone goes with me to hunt desert mulies and how successful we are. I'd like to spend a couple mornings chasing quail.

Archery pronghorn and rifle mule deer for myself here in New Mexico. My wife loaded up this fall with drawing rifle pronghorn, elk, and deer tags as well. Then late-season cow elk tags in Wyoming for both of us. Usually get a good quail trip in January/February with Wyoming friends so they can escape their winter prison and enjoy New Mexico sunshine.

My first child is about to be born any day now so I don't expect a whole lot of hunting this upcoming season. Most likely some hog/varmint hunting at my uncle's farm as that is wrapped into family gatherings, maybe some snipe, squirrel, etc later in the year. Several years from now though I hope she'll be my hunting buddy.

I currently have a mule deer hunt in October planned. Will hopefully go down to Arizona with some buddies for Coues deer and I might join a friend on an elk hunt. Along with the whitetail permissions I have.

Gonna try to finish building my off-road trailer for the Zodiac this summer. Between that and the ZR2 should allow me to drag it into some truly god forsaken lakes in August. Then travel solo via lake/river in the Zodiac to some really far away nasty off-grid country and camp for a week or two and chase bears with the bow. Wife is not happy with my plans (never should of let her watch The Revenant). Furthest i am willing to settle is to bring a SpotX with me. Other than that standard whitetail hunting with bow and gun at my river camp Oct 01 to Dec 31. Be some upland mixed in with the deer hunting as the ruff grouse hunting can be quite good at camp as well. Probably shoehorn in a hardwater trip off-grid by snowmobile in mid/late December for walleye and northern pike.
Summer (other than working on the trailer) will be spent like most others - cutting and splitting firewood to build my surplus so that when i hit 70 i will have enough to last for the rest of my years no matter how many that may be - currently my surplus stands at 3 years worth of full time heat or 10 years of casual heat.

I’m truly jealous. Taking a backcountry canoe trip for a couple weeks sounds amazing.
