I remember Larry was very young and killed a very big Whitetail somewhere in the Panhandle. It was a beautiful buck. It must of been displayed at some type hunting show but I can’t remember. He killed it with a 243 and my friend gently gave him a hard time about killing a buck like that with a 243.
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR

It's a shame I didn't get to shake your hand while we were in town last week. I went by a few times and missed you each time. Glad you got a picture of you in the jacket too! Sure will be a lasting memory for everyone there. Hope you're well.

I'm doing great and so sorry I missed you! I was in the Ruger booth most of the time but did walk around a bit. Usually at Trijicon, Hornady or Pursuit Channel. Luckily, all of these booths were close together.
I was in Dallas from Tuesday until Sunday afternoon. I sure was ready to get back to Menard County.
