I am again trying to find a waterfowl lease within an hour roughly of Lake Fork. I would consider a bank access across private ground. I am in my 70's and do not really want to fight the public issues. I was not successful here (getting a lease) in the past, but maybe my luck will change,I have been a land owner and am aware of proper behavior on leased property.
I will hunt mostly alone and perhaps with my son when he visits. These are details I can work out with the owner. I can wait till after deer season for those that have a deer lease and waterfowl water...
