electricity and well water
Immediate family only and hunt off your tags.

Hunting season access with limited during the yr. for feeding or repairs..
Prefer Houston Area hunter.

Really doesn't matter.
All the others are from the Houston area, and it makes it convenient if someone wants to drive together.

Is bowhunting allowed on this place, is there a house to stay in, or bring your own camper! How is the traffic on illegals? How long have y’all been on the ranch. Hunt your own area. Or communities spots. Thanks

We have been on it for 10yrs +.
Very laidback landowner. The ranch is in the back of a 10k property.

Unfortunately, bowhunting is not allowed.
The landowner is old school and stopped it many yrs. ago before we picked up the property due to finding to many wounded deer.
There is a small bunk house on the property. Regarding illegals we have only had 1 instance and they didn't damage anything other than to take drinks out of a storage building

Seen lots of wounded deer from kids that don’t know to use a rifle, as well. There land there rules, good luck
