4000 acres just NW of Henrietta, TX. Lots of pigs, deer, quail and dove. Nice 3bdrm house, turkey-creek running through the whole ranch. Thicker brush/trees in the creek bottom with lots of open pasture too. Looking for a smaller group to share house, not sure if we want extra campers at this point. There will be livestock on property but it is intensive rotational grazing so only a very small percentage of land will have livestock on it at a given time. Would like to see 18$ an acre. If you are seriously interested please pm me for phone number, we are negotiable on terms and price. We understand It’s not a cheap lease, but it is a nice hunting lease and close to DFW. Possible Long term lease, has not been heavily hunted.

you may want to post how many hunters and other details like are family or guest allowed? Maybe post some pics of deer taken recently. When folks are looking for a deer lease the more info you provide the better the chance of leasing. Also pics of the house and property help a bunch. There are plenty of people looking for leases

well with all due respect - neither posting was very clear or informative IMO = if you are trying to lease your property for $18 an acre then you need to provide lots of details and pictures -otherwise folks will not respond
