4000 acres just NW of Henrietta, TX. Lots of pigs, deer, quail and dove. Nice 3bdrm house, turkey-creek running through the whole ranch. Thicker brush/trees in the creek bottom with lots of open pasture too. Looking for a smaller group to share house, not sure if we want extra campers at this point. There will be livestock on property but it is intensive rotational grazing so only a very small percentage of land will have livestock on it at a given time. Would like to see 18$ an acre. you may want to post how many hunters and other details like are family or guest allowed? Maybe post some pics of deer taken recently. When folks are looking for a deer lease the more info you provide the better the chance of leasing. Also pics of the house and property help a bunch. There are plenty of people looking for leases

well with all due respect - neither posting was very clear or informative IMO = if you are trying to lease your property for $18 an acre then you need to provide lots of details and pictures -otherwise folks will not respond
