I’ve heard importing firearms into Argentina is quite painful and exporting trophies is disproportionately expensive. Aside from those two issues, it’s supposed to be wonderful. Good luck on your journey.

Good luck on your journey. Yes on both counts. Forget bringing in a gun. Bow or Crossbow is easy peasey. Most outfitters have quality firearms for rent. Export is expensive, I shot two animals and it was $4200 to get the skulls and hides back. Everything is a Nickel and dime. For reference I shot 9 animals in Africa and it was around $2k to get those back. We had a great time and our outfitter was incredible. PM me and I’ll give you his info. Would go again and hunt in a heartbeat.

To be specific, I am looking for diligence in outfitters, and maybe some tips specific to hunting there. The travel, guns etc is just gonna be what it is.
