No matter what you call them, they're good! Wife and I were " discussing" this. Which crackers work the best. Experimented with Ritz, Triscuit, and Club. I still say that Club crackers make the best snack!! Made them for drinks on the patio, before we go out to dinner. I apologize for not having fresh jalepenos. Those look really good. I saw a YouTube video about those a while back. Someone will eventually screw that dish up with cream cheese though. They just can`t help themselves.  Try some fresh Jalapenos next time.

I would have, but was out. The smaller RV fridge seems to run out of stuff just when you need it!!
