I'll skip the roe as well. Bet it would be good with that cheesy rosemary focaccia bread ...
BayouGuy, the NYT has had some legendary food presenters over the years -- Craig Claiborne, Mark Bittman, etc. This fella is good.

Well, I had the garlic noodles and cheesy focaccia for dinner last night, and with beers, must have consumed enough carbs to put on 20 pounds. Wuz good, though.
