Does a used Redfield scope have the same warranty as a used leupold scope?

I believe Academy owns Redfield now, not Leupold.

Is it an older scope? If so, I would reach out to Leupold customer service and check. I thought they were hanging onto the servicing of the older models since academy bought the line. New models are through academy.
