Something SpitFire came up with experimenting… Cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the pan. A can of cherry pie filling on top. Then the packet of icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls mixed with cream cheese and powdered sugar drizzled on top then baked in the oven. Pretty dang tasty…..

Looks amazing!! Another delicious cinnamon roll cobbler/pie that I make sometimes for bbq catering events is cinnamon roll peach cobbler.
2 cans of grands cinnamon rolls 2 cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 egg 1 tbsp cinnamon 1/4 cup brown sugar Both containers of frosting from cinnamon rolls
Cut up the cinnamon rolls in quarters in a greased crock pot or baking dish and add the peaches and syrup. Add the heavy whipping cream and mix with the cut up cinnamon rolls and peaches until everything is coated. In a small bowl mix together the melted butter, egg, cinnamon, brown sugar and 1 can of frosting. Pour on top and spread around. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min until bubbly and a little crispy on top or cook in the crock pot on high for 2 hours. When done, top with the remaining container of frosting. Enjoy with vanilla ice cream.
Personally I like it better baked in the oven. Some crispy edges are 👌👌. And it scales very well. I'll usually make 4x this recipe which fills a full size 4" deep sheet pan.

I use muffin pans and the cinnamon rolls and apple pie filling and they are great.
