That was apparently as good as it looked based on the amount left in the pan!

Very similar to my chicken divan lite recipe, which I am baking this afternoon. This ticks a lot of boxes both for flavor and nutrition. I sprinkle on a half cup of sauteed sliced mushrooms and like to add a tablespoon of curry powder to the sauce -- cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, some lemon juice with the grated cheddar stirred in -- before pouring it on top.

It was really filling and good. We each ate a quarter. Nolan's, your version sounds wonderful, and gives me ideas for my next one!!
