Wife had a ladies pot luck for the card group. Got to spend a couple hours on my own before dinner.

Small shrimp and pork in wrappers, with shredded cabbage. Basmati rice. Diced ginger, soy sauce, and REALLY hot wasabi!! The deeper I got into the Bloody Mary, the better it was. smile

Super easy to make them with any filling, especially if you chop the meats up a little. If using whole shrimp it is a little harder so use smaller shrimp. I find it easy to peel and devein them, and filet in half - they fold better in the wrappers. If you make your own wrapper out of flour and water, just make the wrapper a little bigger to the size of the shrimp. Whole ones take a little longer steaming, or fry on both sides!!
