Anyone ever hunt mule deer on public in Oklahoma? Not looking for spots or anything just general review of out of state license process, camping on near public, success rate, how long you hunted and amount of deer seen. Whatever your willing to divulge is appreciated so I have an idea of what to start planning

only one none draw area I know, Its only a couple sections and not continuous. Now there is some walk in private land enrolled in the OLAP program. Its a hard route to try to get a deer though.

best bet is draw

Could be wrong.but I think you have to be a Res. to hunt mule deer.
Unless you draw a tag.

No its OTC tag for Res and NR, it is a deer tag interchangeable with whitetail
