Price? What are you doing with the rifle? What rifle do you plan on replacing it with when you have problems with it?

So much information is lacking to give any meaningful advice.
What is your budget?
Is weight a concern? My favorite scope to shoot with isn’t one I would want to lug around on a hunting rifle unless I just sat in a blind.
Do you dial and/or do hold overs or are your wanting a plain simple reticle?
Do you prefer FFP or SFP?
Do you prefer MOA or mil?
My favorite hunting scope is a 4-16x42 NF ATACR FFP mil-xt. I like it so much that after I bought my first one I have been slowly upgrading all my hunting rifles to it.

What rifle do you plan on replacing it with when you have problems with it? Hahaha, that's funny. Mean but funny. with such little info, I'm going to make some assumptions mostly in terms intended use and budget. I assume it's gonna be a hunting rifle because I certainly would never shoot a 300prc often. I think I would go either one of 2 ways. 1. a lightweight scope, namely the Leupold vx-6hd OR 2. if weight aint too much of an issue, and is not for me, then a Nightforce nx8 2.5-20 in whatever reticle player both come with multiple flavors of reticle, surely you can
I'm a dude who likes long barrels!

Burris XTR3 is gonna be my new go-to for everything. I bought one a while back for $900 in new condition. There's just nothing it doesn't do well. It's a $2000 scope for half the price.

Burris does make nice scopes. The XTR3 is nice but at nearly 2lbs for the lightest variant it may not be a good fit depending on the intended purpose. Most people are not going to like a scope over 20 ounces if they do much walking around with it.

They are a good value. I bought three of them when Cameraland was closing out the last batch made in the US for a deep discount. The tracking is good on them, and they have decent glass, but it is not Atacr, NX8, or Mark 5 good. I see it as a reliable aiming device, my binos have the good glass for observation. I dont care about the weight, with the lightweight stocks and other components available now, I can lose pounds there.

I’m talking one with a lightweight stock, carbon barrel, and lightweight scope? They are a true joy to pack around if you are going far.

I will take a little heavier scope that is dead reliable over a lighter weight one. Night Force NX8 4-32X

I build ultra light so I don't have to compromise on peripheral durability and yes I have sub 6 bare rifles, And by the nature of where they go with out a doubt the also get abused the most

Yes, on everything but the scope, I will make a 6-7 oz. sacrifice there.

A few ounces don’t matter and having a good durable scope is key. Most my rifles have ATACRs on them so I am used to the weight but there is a huge difference in the feel of a rifle with a 1lb scope on it vs a 3lb scope.

My XTR3 is on a walk-around lightweight hunting rifle until you go on a hunt where people are cutting clothing tags out and burning excess clothing and/or read pages out of a book to cut weight. its’ all relative. 10 oz is a lot of calories in food also

The way a rifle is carried, a little weight there makes a much bigger difference than a few ounces in your pack. If your hikes are long, high and/or rough, you would probably much rather have another 5 packs of ramen in your backpack than a 15 oz heavier scope.
Lightweight rifles are not the answer to every problem, but in some situations, they make a huge difference in comfort and stamina.
