I love a good Mexican breakfast but it is so hard to find a good place that opens by 8 am on Sunday morning. Never really cared for Manny's which is real close to the house but they started serving breakfast at 8 am. Two weeks later Manny's Uptown strikes again and it was dayum good again! Today I had the Migas with Chorizo added on and it was another winner, tasted the Migas without Chorizo meat and it was still real good as is.
