I’m taking my first shot at a 7.5 pound chunk of Flintsone ribs tonight, I’m putting them on at 3am and going back to sleep so hopefully they turn out ok. I’ve been wanting to try these for over a year and I’m finally torching a set. [Linked Image]

Well as usual my cook got interrupted but they turned out respectable and the flavor was a 8 out if 10. I’ll definitely change a couple things on the next set but for the first time I’ll definitely take them. up [Linked Image]
