Here's something a little different! Customer had scales made with cremated remains of her father in law and asked me to make 2 knives as a gift to her husband. Damascus blade, O-1 spring, stainless liners and bolsters. Got a fixed blade I'm working on for her too with composite scales with his ashes that'll be up next!

And here's #2...these scales are composite wood/alumalite and his ashes are mixed into the alumalite

I don't do kitchen knives anymore to speak of, but had a special request for this one and couldn't say no
Alabama damascus steel with some black ash burl handle material
