I have @120 acres of of HEAVILY wooded with a river/creek bordering it. Ben Wheeler, Van Zandt County. Black top road access with no hook up (NO water No electricity). Small pond. Tons of hogs, good deer habitat. Asking 4k. Year round access. References of previous leasee. Asking 4k/yea.

This place has been for lease several times over last 5 years. Is there a reason you have trouble keeping hunters?
