I am NOT affiliated with this company.
But, Wolf Steel Buildings is on my YouTube feed. I watch their videos. They give very specific pricing.
I cannot speak for their work. They are in Texas

I got a $45k quote 3 months ago for a 30 x 25. Pad, concrete, steel, spray foam, etc…hard pass at that price. (Parker County)

Pretty good price. I was quoted $75k for a 40x60 building with 25x40 overhang on the front, two roll ups, one walk through door, I-beam construction, standard insulation. I’d handle electric and plumbing.

In 2020 mine was about $75k for a 30x40x14 with 3 12x12 doors, 4 windows, 1 man door, 6 inch thick slab, 250tons of select fill, electrical, spray foam, paint, gutters all the way to the street, brick half walls, 150yards of stone for driveway.
I’d hate to think of what it cost today.
