Random question.

I dont know if yall have this situation:

When the sun is out, the seat in the SxS gets nice and hot. So hot, that when my dog jumps in, he wants to climb into my lap.

Anything yall put on the seat to keep him/her out of your lap?

I had gotten a car seat cover for my car, its not wool but its a soft fiber, it hasnt ever felt to hot to my touch. maybe just keep a sheet under your seat and throw it down beofre the dog jumps in.

I thought about that or a towel, but i was hoping for a more long term solution that wont get nasty in a day.

Maybe try the turkey hunter pads from academy. The square one ,apply a little scotch guard and good to go.

Park it in the shade. That's what we do.
