Awesome looking meal. Never tried Brussel sprouts. How did you fix those? They look good. Washed then then cut the stem end off then in half. A little bacon grease in a large skillet and cut side of sprout cut side down and seared a bit that way then a little water 1/8th inch or so in the pan and lid on to steam them when the water was gone took them out and put in basket and into the air fryer for about 12 minutes. Added bacon bits after cooking. They were good right out of the frying pan but we like them dried out a little more. Potatoes cooked bacon in the sheet on racks, poured most of the grease out of the pan then added potatoes and cooked at 350 for about 20 minutes flip it all over stir and add onions, peppers and bacon bits and back in the oven until the onions were done.

Cooking while the ovens hot... Whenever I cook over coals we toss on anything else we can think of because I hate to loose a good bed of coals for just a little chicken, steak or a slab of ribs. we'll cook several meats and vegies since we already have a good cooking fire...
