Guess I need to do the same thing. Coyotes on my place have been making a good living off pigs for many years. But now the pigs have gone elsewhere so I’ll have a predator/prey imbalance.

Gotta find my squealers.

Time to hire a good trapper.

While it appears that coyotes or dogs ate on her hams, it does not appear that they are the cause of her death. I do not see an signs of trauma in the neck area which is a classic indicator of a coyote or cat kill.

Start trapping. A coyote is smart, if you can trap them your a trapper.
Plenty of info online on how to get started. When I lived in Gunter, TX I trapped the he## out of them.
It's pretty satisfying to pull up to your set and see one caught. The look in his eyes says he knows he's screwed.
FYI: Texas coyote hides are of no value in the fur market. But tanning a couple for Man Cave display is good.
Fur traders want hides from cold weather places such as Wyoming, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, etc. The fur develops a down layer and here in Texas it doesn't get that cold.

There was, just couldn't see it in the pic. She's completely gone, about 20 buzzards had their way with her yesterday.

She appears to have been in good shape - somewhat plump with a nice coat and all.
