After 22 years in the same place, we moved across the state to a new house, closer to kids and grandkids. We have been stuck in the RV since closing, waiting to move in and put stuff away. First thing I missed was my premium gas stove. This thing is rocket science, compared to just cooking!! Didn't even burn it!! Good to see you back at it, I also much prefer to cook with gas but not going through the expense to do so since the current house is all electric.

Same here, pans don't heat up as fast and when you turn off the "burner" element it stays hot for too long. I burnt up lots of food when I went from NG to electric. Glad you are back in a house and closer to your kids and grands.
