Maceo for a muffaletta. That's a must and better than anything in NOLA. Eat at BLVD on R 1/2. That is one of the only two places that uses local gulf seafood. Shrimp n Stuff on ave O is nice and better than the one downtown. We also like Marios on 61st. It is better than the on the Seawall.

Just before you get to the island, there’s a decent size, run down shack lookin building, great place to get some crabs…it’ll be on the left!

I'm leaving Monday back Friday. I'm fishing Tuesday, sure it will rain, it's the way my trips always go.

Cajun Greek on 61st street. They have really good seafood, it is where I take out of towners in Galveston.
Gaidos is old school Galveston seafood. It is more about the experience there, food is meh.
