Great deal, lots of eye relief. I tried a pair of Vortex, the eye piece fell off, Vortex glued it back in, but I think their newer stuff is better quality.

I had a pair. They're a good value at that price. It's not like there is a lot of moving parts or electronic components to break down. I used mine pretty hard for about five years, sold them when I went to Sig RF Binos.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

I have vortex binos and spotting scope. Had both for many years and they're great optics for the money. Neither have broken. I accept that it may happen and if so, I'll send them in and get them replaced for free.
I couldn't see buying a vortex rifle scope because they take more of a beating and the failure would be more impactful than my binos or spotter
