In the process of purchasing a house in SW Fort Worth that has well water. I noticed the water seems pretty hard and has a bit of Sulphur smell. It also looks to stain the toilets and sinks.
I know there are plenty of different treatment systems and I'm looking for ideas and recommendations on what works and what to avoid.

Call this guy Texoma Water Systems. Ken Brawley 903 818 9975. He's forgot more about water than you and I will ever know. He fixed us up here in Southern Oklahoma. We had hard water, high iron and H2S gas aka sulpher smell. It's all gone and water is great. Great guy to deal with, responsive and a straight shooter.
Tell him John Hudson said to call.
