E&S BBQ, 29018 TX-19, Athens, TX 75752 about half way between Canton and Athens. Had the chopped beef sandwich and didn't have my phone on me so no pictures. It was great and the sauce is what made it so special. You can check out the pictures of the food line when you goggle it.

I'll check it out. But if I'm near canton, It's hard for me to pass up BBQ & a Prayer just south of Edgewood at 7464 HWY. 19
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.
