Still cruising around out west. Just in case any of you wants food info, I have some good spots. Cottonwood, AZ has Crusty’s Pizza. It was excellent. Had Mexican food at a recommended spot in Camp Verde, AZ, called La Casita. Little place with great green enchiladas and cold Pacifico beer. Heading south out of Monument Valley, we just ate in Mexican Hat, Utah, at Swinging Steak. Not a fancy place. The Sirloin was terrific. And you get a salad and Pinto beans. The salad was really good. The place far exceeded expectations. Way better than The Big Texan. Moab tomorrow…and a very expensive meal at Desert Bistro (I think that’s the name).

Starting to miss Texas…
