Anyone have any experience with one of these Yakitori Grills? Place out of Lockhart makes them. Something about cooking a steak over a campfire just hits differently, if this is something that would closely mimics that I’m interested.

Kind of like a Habachi on steroids, bet it cooks well but crazy expensive

Praseks sells something similar but you it has a crank on the grill so you can easily change the grill height. That seems like it's more of a pain once everything gets nice and hot.

Santa Maria is the crank up style I believe. I agree, looks like a large expensive version hibachi,
