Anyone have any experience with one of these Yakitori Grills? Place out of Lockhart makes them. Something about cooking a steak over a campfire just hits differently, if this is something that would closely mimics that I’m interested. https://millscale.co/collections/cookers/products/yakitori-ii

Praseks sells something similar but you it has a crank on the grill so you can easily change the grill height. That seems like it's more of a pain once everything gets nice and hot.
