I grill those about once a week. Hot and fast, done in a few minutes. Quick and easy dinner.

I think I would love those about any way you could cook them, never had one I didn’t like. My favorite is a recipe I borrowed from a local restaurant, I grill/smoke them and then cover in a pan full of bbq sauce apple cider vinegar and water and put back on smoker or in oven till they are fall apart tender. Not sure what I like more, the meat or the sauce mixture.
