There is something wrong with our grocery supply system, when people think it's normal to pay $4-6 per pound for ground beef, but they have to sell whole pork loins for $1.79/pound to get them out of the store.



I LOVE center cut pork chops, and mashed Idaho spuds. My grandma always called her gravy "burnt bottom gravy" 'cause she learned to cook on a wood stove, and she never got the hang of an electric range!!





So hard to get a good char, and keep the middle juicy and 145 degrees!
