I’m not a person who’s going to read all this. Can someone tell me what this is about?

I don't see anything about TPWD in there. It seems to be mostly concerning continuing education for architects, engineers, hotel operators and others involved with buildings. It looks like they're proposing to cut back on who needs continuing education.

That’s all I see as well. Though I got it through parks and wildlife. Must be something about building docks or something similar.

I get emails from TDLR all the time, happens when licensed thru them for whatever.... But yeah, looks like they are just scaling back on CE requirements for some licensed vocations. Too bad it wasn't mine, 8hrs of CE is worse than being beaten with a garden hose.

Tolerance is the virtue of a man without conviction.

The end of the world began the day it was created, and life is a sexually transmitted terminal disease.

Heck. I had to have 40 a year as a CPA. And I thought it just meant Can't Play Anything.
After 30 years it got pretty hard to find new and interesting CE. Several years I took the same things as the previous year. I bet they didn't lower them for accountants.

No matter how high a duck flies a hammer still breaks a window.
