Wife just wanted Albertson's fried chicken tonight, after the realtor showed the house. Gave me free rein to have shrimp. I can do that!!! Old Bay seasoning, to the rescue.

Great looking dish. Shrimp is probably one of my favorite foods. Fried, grilled, boiled, baked or on a griddle (never had ceviche) any day of the week. Red Lobster has been my favorite place to eat out for just that reason. It is still a great value when you look at how much other foods have gone up in price also. I never pay more than 6-7 dollar a pound for 16-20 ct. deveined shrimp. One day I`m going to try it in ceviche. One day.

Ok, Blank, another of your recipes to go in our “Blank” recipes! Looks like tators, mushrooms, and the obvious ingredients, just need times and temps please. Thanks!

Cubed and tossed the baby Yukon Golds in a 50/50 mix of butter and olive oil Seasoned and cooked at 375 for 15 minutes. Added the smoked sausage and raw shrimp and did for another 10 minutes, spread the Old Bay love on, more spice and they were done!! DON'T OVERCOOK THE SHRIMP!!

Outstanding! Looks like I will be starting a Blank File myself here in the Clear Fork of the Brazos drainage.
