OP TPACK Extreme Tracker T Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 4,533 Stephenville/ Huckabay	1"-1.25" thick chops, cooked to 135° and rest for 5-10 minutes. Preheat cast iron to375°- 400° and turn chops every 2-2.5 minutes till done.

I don`t think the price of pork has gone up much or at all in the past 15 years.
