That looks about the right ratio of meat / onion for most people. Onions are my favorite vegetable by far. Never to many for me.

One thing I romanced my wife with years ago she calls egg and onion pie. It's basically a ton of sautéed onions and eggs that turns out sorta like a quiche.

I don't care what they say. Any kind of vegetable quiche is good!!!
