Check out the list of the largest ranches in the Lone Star State to see how many you know.

I've been on the Kokernot and Longfellow. Love that part of Texas.

Hunted the Norias division of the king ranch back in oct with my son. Very diverse, wild, untouched. Our guide was a 5th generation ranch hand and knew the place like the back of his hand. Pretty incredible place to see.

Most of the ranches on that list are not actually one tract. The Longfellow, the O6, the Waggener are contiguous, the rest are not.

The distance between the Santa Gertudis pasture of the King ranch and the Norias is pretty dang far....at least 75 miles by air.

Wonder why it left off the Brewster Ranch confused2It is 424,000 acres and according to your link it would be the # 5 largest on that list.

By the way it is for sale if you have $230,286,705 laying around.

I've been inside The Longfellow. I spent three days there, and would live there in a heartbeat!

Been by the Wagoner, the Pitchfork, and the 6666. I'd live on those in a heartbeat as well.

I'm too far east of where my heart lies. crazy

I have been on the 6666’s, Waggoner, Briscoe, and King. The Briscoe was the one that made the size of it real. We would go in the gate and drive for over an hour and a half to the well site.

Many years ago I paid $250 to go on a two day doe hunt on the Briscoe ranch. I chose to spend the first day riding around with one of the guides corning the roads of the ranch and looking at some spectacular deer. We drove all day and didn't see near all the ranch. It was absolutely worth the price of admission.

Been on only one the King Ranch. It was spectacular opening archery Turkey hunt. I arrowed a turkey, javalina and hog within the first 6 hours on the ranch. I got as close as 80 yards on a nilgai but he spooked. It seemed you could not walk 50 steps and not find a shed.
