 Smoked bison chuck roast

Wanted to fire up the smoker, it's breezy today but relatively warm - in the 40's. Thawed out a bison chuck roast for the smoker. I can cook it higher temp than a brisket and get it done by early afternoon and it will be very tender. Friend of our owns a restaurant and let us buy some bison his supplier had on special, $2.50 lb for chuck roast and boneless front clod. All of it has been fork tender so far, all kinds of steaks and roasts.
