Im looking for a lease for me, my wife and child. I want to get my daughter who's 7 into hunting this year. Would like a place where we can camp. We will take care of all the feeders & food plot if available. Looking for something within 3 hours of Decatur. Thank you

Budget? Are looking for water and electric to bring a camper?
What kind of atmosphere are you looking for since you have a child involved.
Are you okay hunting less than 100 acres per hunter?
Year round access?

I’m sure others will have more questions.

I have a generator for our tent we can stay in. Doesnt have to have water we can bring in our own. We would be fine with less than 100 acres. Would like to have year round access to possibly plant food plots during the spring and grow the herd as if the place was our own. That is how it would be respected, as if it was our own place. Trimming, mowing around stand placements feeders kept up general maintenance around the place. Would drive the fences to make sure everything is good, take the family hiking, scouting throughout the spring. Check cameras etc....Our budget is open but not expensive either. It would be just me & daughter hunting. Wife would be camping....
