I’ve been working on putting a confirmation title on a field dog. I’ve never been one to show a pup, but thought I’d give something new a try with this one. Still working her in the field, and towards hunt titles. So far it been fun watching her in the ring. She’s earned 7 of the 15 points needed for a CH title at 10 months old. Thank you. When I told the breeder what I wanted to do with the pup. I think she picked the right one for me. I’m sure some of the show breeders didn’t think she was going to be any competition, when they saw her name in the catalog. I wanted a big running field dog, that could possibly show. Not a show dog, that could possibly hunt. It just boils down to, if she’s good enough to win a couple of majors in the ring.
