I eaten lots of pork rinds since trying to cut carbs. You get tired of them after a while. I like Mac`s the best.

I just made us a low carb meatloaf using them crushed up and it turned out great.

I just made us a low carb meatloaf using them crushed up and it turned out great. I did a low carb Chicken Fried Steak using the crushed up pork rinds as the batter and it turned out way better than I expected  .

After a while you just have to say enough though.

my dad turned me on to pork rinds back in the 1960s, we even made them when we butchered a domestic hog each fall but they were just plain with a little salt for seasoning. Any time I am on the road, and stop for fuel at a convenience store, I check to see if they have any different brands, flavors, etc. of pork rinds. I used to really like the hard crunchy ones but they can play havoc on my teeth the older I get. I'll have to check out the HEB ones ...

I've tried HEBs and they just aren't very good as others... Skinnerback got me turned onto the Golden Flake pigskin.

The green label with the little package of hot sauce in the bag is my go to "ride home from the store" snack.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.
