If you like pork rinds and have not tried HEB’s you need to check them out. The spicy one are my favorite one but the regular one are good also.

I eaten lots of pork rinds since trying to cut carbs. You get tired of them after a while. I like Mac`s the best.

I did a low carb Chicken Fried Steak using the crushed up pork rinds as the batter and it turned out way better than I expected smile.

I`ve done the same with salmon patties probably a dozen times. After a while you just have to say enough though.

my dad turned me on to pork rinds back in the 1960s, we even made them when we butchered a domestic hog each fall but they were just plain with a little salt for seasoning. Any time I am on the road, and stop for fuel at a convenience store, I check to see if they have any different brands, flavors, etc. of pork rinds. I used to really like the hard crunchy ones but they can play havoc on my teeth the older I get. I'll have to check out the HEB ones ...

I've tried HEBs and they just aren't very good as others... Skinnerback got me turned onto the Golden Flake pigskin.

The green label with the little package of hot sauce in the bag is my go to "ride home from the store" snack.
