We always called these little doves (Mexican doves). I haven’t seen one in several years, has anyone else been seeing any?

We were loaded with them 3 seasons ago in a good stand of volunteer sunflowers in northern Brown County. It made dove season a little tricky. Haven't seen one since that time as the sunflowers didn't come back.
