I saw this video and though I would post it. I started using this method of re-heating foods several years ago. The microwave sucks at re-heating BBQ and other meats. You can use a freezer bag if you don`t have a vacuum sealer bag. I`ve warmed up pulled pork after being in the freezer for 6 months using this method and it takes like it just came off the smoker.

I’ve been doing this also. It really does come out like fresh cooked.

I don’t mind microwaving single servings for lunches at work etc. though.

yep, I have done the reheating in water but I usually just go with the microwave on power level .5 to prevent drying it out

Vac sealed brisket heated in water is almost better than fresh. Same with ribs
